FSSL Online Player Registration 2007-08 |
This information is for FSSL team managers who have registered teams for the 2007-08 season. All players must register directly with the team they are playing for.
Player registration will be via the new Online Registration system for the 2007-08 season.
Below are the documents you need in order to register your players.

Liability Waiver The liability waiver must be signed by each player you register to your team (below in pdf and word). The idea is for us to be reducing paper so if you can have multiple players sign the same form that’s great. But you can use as many of the waivers as you need. A completed, signed waiver must be received in the FSSL office before a player pass can be produced. You may mail this form to the office, fax it or scan and email it – whatever is easier for you.
